Adam and Paul medal in British Masters National Track Championships

Who said coaches can't play?

Last weekend two of our coaches from NE Cycling CIC headed down to Newport Velodrome in Wales for the British Masters Track National Championships.

Adam Brooks claimed the scratch race and elimination race titles, and won a bronze medal in the individual pursuit in the 40-44 age category while Paul Daly took a well earned bronze in the 45-49 elimination race.

We talk a lot about commitment, hard work and trusting the process and we're proud of the example our coaches set. Our riders see first hand that learning never stops. Whether you're racing at the top level or taking your first pedal strokes, improvement comes from showing up consistently and putting in the work.
